  1. Key Lime Pie

  3. 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  4. 1/2 cup fresh squeezed key lime juice (8 to 10 limes)
  5. 4 egg yolks

  7. Whip egg yolks and blend with condensed milk.  Add key lime juice, 
  8. mixing only until juice is mixed in.  Do not overbeat.
  9.  
  10. Pour into a 9-inch baked pie shell or prepared graham cracker pie
  11. crust.  Chill until set (overnight is best).  Top with whipped
  12. cream if you like.
